WHY:

A rise in self-kindness, self-acceptance, self-orientation (grounding and centering), life satisfaction, self-confidence, immune function of the body.

Eases stress, shame, performance anxiety, and release from Imposter Syndrome.

Increases motivation, helps us in our connections with others in all directions (giving/receiving feedback): personal and career (colleagues, direct reports, indirect reports, our managers/higher-ups, and interviews).

Increases efficacy and productivity by helping us to naturally identify our wishes, hopes, and dreams and to reach for them in the workplace and in the landscapes of our lives.
This is an experiential workshop and can be delivered in 2 or 4 hours or in 2½ days.
